Boom In Certify is an online, digital service. We do not ship any physical products.

How the service is delivered

Account access: after onboarding, the institute receives an invitation email to set a password and sign in. The account becomes active as soon as the first invoice is paid.
Setup: we set up the institute's certificate designs after receiving the blank design files, usually within 3–5 working days.
Certificates: created instantly in the portal as a print-ready PDF, which the institute downloads and prints itself or sends to its own printer.
Students: scan the QR code on the printed certificate to download their digital copy instantly.

Printing and any physical handover of certificates to students are done by the institute, not by us.
