These terms apply to the use of Boom In Certify at https://boomintechnologies.in (the "Service"), provided by Boom In Technologies ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an institute, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that institute ("you", the "Client").

1. The Service

The Service lets institutes create course certificates for their students, download print-ready PDFs, and give each certificate a QR code that lets the student download a digital copy. It is offered to businesses only. Accounts are created by invitation from our team; there is no public sign-up.

2. Accounts and security

  • You must give accurate business and contact details and keep them up to date.
  • Every login must use 2-step sign-in with an authenticator app. Keep your password, authenticator and backup codes private. You are responsible for everything done through your account's logins.
  • The account owner can add staff logins and is responsible for them.
  • Tell us straight away at madhav@boomintechnologies.in if you think your account has been misused.

3. Plans, fees and billing

  • Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. All amounts are in Indian Rupees. Taxes are added where applicable by law.
  • A one-time setup fee applies when you join. Your first invoice is the setup fee plus the first month. Your account becomes active once it is paid.
  • Plans renew monthly. You can pay each month's invoice, or switch on autopay (UPI AutoPay, card or bank e-mandate) through Razorpay.
  • Certificates above your plan's monthly limit are charged at the extra-certificate rate shown on the pricing page and billed after the month ends.
  • If a renewal or an extra-certificate invoice is not paid on time, you will not be able to create new certificates until it is paid. Certificates already issued keep working.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing month.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

5. Your content and your students' data

  • You own your certificate designs, logos and the student details you enter. You confirm you have the right to use them and to share student details with us for making certificates.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of every certificate you issue. We only produce what you enter.
  • For student data, you decide what is collected and why; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy.
  • You give us permission to store and display this content only as needed to run the Service.

6. QR codes and issued certificates

Each certificate gets a unique QR code and link. Anyone holding the printed certificate can scan it to download that certificate. Issued certificates stay available even if your subscription ends, so your students are not affected. If you ask us to delete a certificate, its QR code will stop working.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • issue false, misleading or fraudulent certificates, or certificates for courses that were not completed;
  • impersonate another institute or use designs, names or logos you do not have the right to use;
  • upload unlawful, harmful or malicious content;
  • try to break, overload, scan or get around the security of the Service, or access other clients' data;
  • send spam through the Service or misuse invitation emails.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with our hosting provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by your printer, your internet connection or events outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for errors in certificates caused by details you entered. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and closing an account

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or for breaking these terms. When an account is closed, you can no longer create certificates, but certificates already issued keep working unless you ask us to delete them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you by email. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Jalandhar. Before going to court, please contact our grievance officer (see Contact us) so we can try to resolve the issue.
